Special Note on Fiscal laws
The Firm does not have any in-house lawyer to deal with income tax, VAT or customs related matters. Clients are suggested to advise opinion on these issues from income tax practitioners either directly or through their external chartered accountant firms based in Bangladesh. In case the firm is requested to deal with these matters, these are referred to its strategic partner Pinaki and Company (chartered accountants).
