Litigation
The firm has an experienced team of litigation lawyers for both the higher and the lower judiciary. It conducts civil and criminal cases including corporate matters. The firm is Dhaka based and accordingly litigation out of the district of Dhaka are managed by the firm but conducted by individual lawyers who are not members of the firm.
Lawyers of the firm are enrolled to practice in the criminal courts, civil courts, writ courts, company courts and both the high court division and appellate division of the supreme court of Bangladesh.
